Anti-Discrimination and Hate Speech Policy
The Anti-Discrimination and Hate Speech Policy of Agritz Fresh is designed to ensure that all individuals feel safe and included while using our services. We strive to build a community where customers and sellers from diverse backgrounds can come together and inspire one another through unique creations, sales, and purchases. It is essential to understand that discriminatory behavior and hate speech will not be tolerated on Agritz Fresh.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy and our Terms of Service. Agritz Fresh strictly prohibits discrimination against individuals based on protected characteristics such as race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
As an Agritz Fresh seller, you must familiarize yourself with your local laws and other legal requirements regarding discrimination. Moreover, hate speech is not acceptable on our platform, which includes insulting, derogatory, violent, or humiliating remarks targeted at individuals or groups based on their protected characteristics.
Discrimination and hate speech are prohibited while using public services of Agritz Fresh, such as listing items, using community spaces, submitting reviews, or communicating directly with other members through Messages. It is also prohibited to display discriminatory conduct towards protected groups in your store’s material, including shop announcements and policies.
You are not allowed to deny service to individuals based on their membership in protected groups, demonstrate intolerance or lack of respect for other members based on their protected characteristics, have a store policy that prohibits sales to members of protected groups, make degrading statements about protected groups, use racial epithets, or show support for hate organizations and its members.

Community Policy
The Agritz Fresh Community is an essential aspect of our platform, where vendors can connect with each other, share knowledge, and collaborate to achieve business success. Our community is comprised of three components: Forums, Teams, and a Seller Handbook.
To ensure that everyone has a positive and productive experience in our community, we have established a Community Policy that outlines the behaviors that are expected from our members. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and by accessing or using any of Agritz Fresh’s community spaces, you agree to abide by it.
The Agritz Fresh Community Policy requires members to behave respectfully and professionally towards each other. Members should avoid engaging in any behavior that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to the community. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following:
Harassment or discrimination based on a person’s protected characteristics, such as race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.
Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
Posting spam, advertising, or promotional content that is unrelated to the community’s purpose.
Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, and patent infringement.
Impersonating another member or misrepresenting yourself or your business.
Engaging in any other behavior that violates our Terms of Service or Community Policy.
If a member violates our Community Policy, we may take action, including removing the offending content, issuing a warning, or suspending or terminating the member’s account. We reserve the right to take any other actions that we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our community.

Using the Agritz Fresh Community
To participate in the Agritz Fresh Community, vendors must be at least 18 years old. Our community spaces are designed to provide merchants with a platform to communicate, share ideas, and collaborate with each other. To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all members are required to adhere to the following policies:
Members may communicate directly with each other using the Community’s messaging system, which exists independently of Agritz Fresh Messages and may be viewed within community spaces. By sending direct messages, you agree to comply with all the policies listed above. Moreover, you may not transmit messages that are abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or violate our anti-discrimination policy in any way, contain explicit or obscene content, or constitute unsolicited advertising or promotion.
Sanctions Policy
The Sanctions Policy of Agritz Fresh applies to all users of our global marketplace platform, regardless of their location. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.
Agritz Fresh operates in multiple countries and is subject to economic sanctions and trade restrictions, including those imposed by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Users of our platform, including Agritz Fresh, are prohibited from engaging in transactions with specified individuals, places, or things originating from these restricted locations.
This policy applies to transactions involving certain geographical territories, including Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as well as individuals or businesses listed on sanction lists such as OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List or Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE) List. Cuban nationals are also subject to these restrictions unless they have gained citizenship or permanent residency outside of Cuba.
Agritz Fresh takes measures to ensure compliance with sanctions programs to protect our community and marketplace. We may suspend or terminate your use of our Services if we suspect you are violating any economic sanction or trade restriction. Members are prohibited from listing, purchasing, or selling items originating from sanctioned locations, and Agritz Fresh reserves the right to remove listings or cancel transactions that violate this policy.
Users should also be aware of other countries’ trade restrictions and international laws that may affect their transactions. Third-party payment processors may also monitor and restrict transactions for sanctions compliance.
This Sanctions Policy is subject to change, and users should consult sanctions resources regularly. Agritz Fresh reserves the right to take action against any account that violates this policy, including account deletion or suspension. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have the right to use our Services, including Community areas or Agritz Fresh Trademarks. We will typically notify you if your account is suspended or deleted, unless legal or regulatory reasons prevent us from doing so.
